Every time I see a new toy lately it seems to be a variation on a previous idea. When I was asked to review FlipaZoo I hadn’t seen them before but, low and behold I spotted them that afternoon in Sainsbury’s. I was immediately taken with them, they’re genius!
Just when you think there is nothing left to create they go and make one toy two animals, purely by flipping over the material. We were sent a large and medium plush but other items are available in the range, including vehicles.
When they arrived our toddler, Little L, immediately fell in love. He is obsessed with animals, I don’t mean a little bit, oh no! He goes through animal encyclopedias and knows Every. Single. One!
They even came on a little jaunt to the local nature reserve!

First of all, both our FlipaZoo toys had NO PACKAGING – Hurrah!
They simply had a tag in their ear.

FlipaZoo Plush Features:

- The flip is easy to master for little fingers
- They are machine washable at 30 degrees
- Super soft and cuddly
What did we think of the FlipaZoo toys?
Our personal favourite was the 16 inch Husky/Polar Bear. It is so soft and cuddly! They all have really cute faces and are well made.
The flip motion was mastered by my toddler fairly quickly and his little face lights up at revealing a different animal.
I haven’t tried washing them yet but it is good to know you can! Little children are prone to getting their toys grubby and I can see these being favourites that get taken everywhere and needing a wash!
